We are all going through various kinds of challenges in life. Rather than being a burden make attempt to lighten the burdens others are carrying by interceding for them. Do not participate in adding more burdens in their lives.

There is dire need to stand in the gap for one another so that those suffering can be healed,

Ephesians 6:18

 “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”

When intercede for others in prayers, God himself ensures that you are preserved and receives diverse kinds of rewards..

Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,

 and he will divide the spoils with the strong,

because he poured out his life unto death,

    and was numbered with the transgressors.

For he bore the sin of many,

    and made intercession for the transgressors.

Heb 7:25

Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.1 Timothy 2:1-2
