Prayers to prove our love for God- Pastor Israel Moore

How do I know that I truly love God? Loving God is not about mouth service. It has to do with obedience to his word and loving his people 

Jesus says: “If you love Me, keep My commandments … He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me … If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” John 14:15-24.

If we clam to love God we must love his people. Loving his people is not lips service . It is practical living 

John 21:16, KJV: He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

What does it mean to feed his sheep. It means both physical and spiritual. We will need his guidance to do this otherwise we will fall into trouble.

You see one other aspect of living that confirms that we truly love God is winning souls. That is feeding his sheep. 

Mathew 18:11

For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

Jesus came to save lost souls . We cannot claim we love him if we don’t serve his purpose.

Paul wrote in 1 Cor 9:20

“To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law.1 cor 9:20

The Bible says that for God so love the world that he gave us his only begotten son.  What are we giving to our world if we claim that we love God?

We must give  JESUS to our world

Giving our world Jesus means that we must live for His purpose which is becoming like Christ and giving our world Christ.

Prayers 

Heavenly Father we thank you for the life of Jesus that you gave to us in Jesus name.

We ask for grace to life a life that is pleasing unto you in Jesus name 

Help us to really love you in Jesus name 

May our lives bear fruits in Jesus name

Thank you for your help in Jesus name.

Accept the Lord Jesus in your Heart and be saved ❤️ 

Say this prayers with me and mean it with your heart Lord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and savior today.

Come into my heart. I believe that you died for me and rose from the dead for my justification. With my mouth I confess you as my Lord and savior in Jesus name.🙏
