Prayers to seek the Lord continually- Pastor Israel Moore

Everyone who wants to finish well must engage in seeking the face of God consistently.

The key to remaining relevant in the purpose of God is the pursuit of genuinely seeking His face with all of your heart.

2 Chron :5 And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosper.

Uzziah sought God in the days of Zachariah who had understanding of the vision of God.

As long as he sought God, He prospered.

He became strong and failed to continue seeking God so he fell.

2Chronicles 26:16 But then the strength and success went to his head. Arrogant and proud, he fell. One day, contemptuous of God, he walked into The Temple of God like he owned it and took over, burning incense on the Incense Altar. 

As soon as he became strong he stopped seeking God and became proud.

It takes a humble man to seek the Lord constantly. You must realize that without Jesus we cannot do anything. Therefore seeking the face of God continually must be paramount in our lives.

Uzziah could not humble himself anymore because he became strong. He forgot that it was the help of God that made him strong when he sought the Lord.

Psalm 34:4

I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.

 

The key is seeking the Lord continually and not the benefits of seeking the Lord 

Prayers 

Heavenly Father, thank you for your help in Jesus name.Amen 

We ask for grace to continually seek your face in Jesus name.

We ask for grace not to forget that you are our helper indeed in Jesus name. Amen

May we never forget you in Jesus name. Amen 

Accept the Lord Jesus in your Heart and be saved ❤️ 

Say this prayer with me and mean it with your heartLord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and savior today.

Come into my heart. I believe that you died for me and rose from the dead for my justification. With my mouth I confess you as my Lord and savior in Jesus name.🙏
