Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from Him” Psalm 127:3

Can you imagine? The children we have are a gift from the Lord . One of the things a gift does is that it brings joy and reveal that you are appreciated.

Our children are given to us to bring joy and not sorrow. They are also a reward from the Lord.

Rewards and also meant to give us a sense of worth and immense joy. In 3 John 1:4 The Bible says 

“ I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in truth”

The scriptures teaches in Prov 17:21

To have a fool for a child brings grief, there is no joy for the parents of godless fool”

Our children are heritage from the Lord and are destined to give us Joy but Satan is attacking them with various devices so that they will corrupted and stray from Gods plan for their lives.

We parents must ensure that we bring them up in the fear of the Lord. We must teach them and live as examples to them.

We must also labour in prayers for them to intercede for them so that Satan’s plot against them is truncated.

Prayers 

Father ! Help our children to love you and serve you in Jesus name.

Father teach our children your ways and deliver them from the deception of Satan in Jesus name.

Lord , strengthen their hearts and cause them to withstand all the wiles of the devil in Jesus name.

We declare that our children will bring joy to us and the world at large in Jesus name.

They shall not bring sorrow in Jesus name.

Everyone trusting God for their own children, I declare by the authority in the name of Jesus Christ, receive your babies in Jesus name. Amen 🙏
